Private Case Management, Inc (PCM) was founded by Barbara Whitley in 1989. Barbara has served as a licensed clinical social worker for over twenty years. As a counselor, speaker, and facilitator, she has spent extensive time working with families in crisis facing emotional, financial, and social issues. She has worked closely with many state and local organizations and is aware of the many changes in the health care area.
